Our current development efforts are focused on a number of projects in selected southeastern US markets: condo and townhouse development; condo conversions; selective commercial development; and third-party development and construction management. Current development projects are in Atlanta, Georgia; Northwest Florida; Charleston, South Carolina; and Chattanooga, Tennessee.
